rilliant Electric Sign Co., Ltd. has been in business since 1929, operating out of our corporate offices and primary manufacturing plant located in Cleveland, Ohio. We have a manufacturing facility where we can meet the needs of all of our clients; from in house neon for signs, metal fabrication, painting, to stocking a full inventory of replacement parts for immediate response times to all service calls on signs and parking lot lights.

As members of the Midwest Sign Association, the International Sign Association, the World Sign Association and a United Laboratories (UL) approved and certified manufacturer, we take our work seriously. Our current work force includes a fully staffed design department (with state of the art design computers), an experienced sales team, professional office personnel and highly skilled and trained manufacturing, service and installation crews who are members of Sign Display and Allied Trades.

Project Management and Permit Procurement
Our Project Managers work on the development of projects from the very beginning phases of design through the implementation of national and international signage programs.

With a full-time staff position of Permit Specialist, we coordinate and secure all necessary permits, handle all necessary administration in submissions to municipal authorities (including the presentation of design, implementation and installation plans to local design review boards, commissions and councils) and, with numerous local codes on file at our company to refer to necessary regulations in various municipalities, we have successfully appealed a tremendous amount of initial denials for signage permits for numerous clients to BZA meetings. We are fully licensed and bonded to perform work in all municipalities where we provide installations.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Our manufacturing plant consists of full metal layout and fabricating department with both standard and automated equipment. Our in house neon department utilizes state-of-the-art equipment including the Eurocom Pumping System. The layout department handles full size layouts and computer patterns for all aspects of sign manufacturing. The paint department includes three (3) separate dust free spraying booths, with the largest bay 20' x 40' to accommodate any size sign. The CAD/CAM department has three-state-of-the-art computers containing the latest sign manufacturing programs which operate our two CAD/CAM machines. The plastic department also houses standard and automated equipment to facilitate in the face fabrication of the signage. The wood department specializes in the molds and fabrication of the crates, for an out of state shipment of signage.

Installation and Service Capabilities
With six crane trucks, two service trucks, one flatbed truck, four pick-up trucks, one service van, one dump truck, one back hoe, portable welders and generators we do field or shop servicing of all sign types and parking lot lights. Service includes lamp replacement, transformer/ballast replacement, rewiring of electrical components, neon repair, parking lot lamp service, and other sign repairs. And, since we keep a full line of replacement parts in stock, we can meet your service needs quickly.

We also maintain a nationwide network of service and installation professionals who handle our service and installations throughout the country for work outside of our normal market area. We ship directly from our facility to anywhere in the United States.
